Roasted Asparagus- Kosher Recipe
1 bunch asparagus
A little olive oil
Kosher salt, to taste
Sesame seeds (optional)

Wash and trim ends of asparagus.

Put in a 9"x13" foil pan.

Drizzle on a little olive oil and some kosher salt, to taste, and toss to coat. Sprinkle on sesame seeds, if desired (makes it a little fancier). Bake until tender and tips are a little browned.

Depending on what else I have going in the oven at that time, I sometimes bake it at 350°F, which takes around 45 minutes, or 400°F, which goes much faster.
